Jim Duncan's First Warning Forecast
Hi 43 F
Lo 33 F

Storm number one, with heavy rain and even some sleet mixed in over some spots late Saturday evening, will be exiting by early Sunday, the next storm on its heels poised to arrive later Sunday.

Things get interesting with this second storm because of the influx of colder air, so what will probably begin as rain during the afternoon, will quickly change over to snow Sunday evening. New computer guidance on this is hinting at the potential for several inches accumulation, mainly from before midnight Sunday through early Monday morning. Our forecast totals may end up being pushed upward if this trend is verified by new information Sunday morning, so stay tuned.

Definitely turning very cold from Sunday night through the middle of the week, with arctic air plunging across the region, most notably felt Monday and Tuesday.
